Connecting Your Listing to SHD

Before connecting your listing, you need to select and purchase an SHD co-hosting plan. You can do this by:

• Visiting the Co-Hosting Page on SHD’s website.
• Logging into SHD HostDesk™ (for existing users) and upgrading your plan.

Once payment is completed through Stripe, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

After purchasing your plan, you will receive a link to the Property Onboarding Questionnaire. This form gathers important details to help SHD manage your listing efficiently.

📌 What You’ll Need to Provide:

• Property Information – Address, property type, number of bedrooms, amenities, and unique features.
• Point of Contact Details – If you have a property manager, cleaner, or handyman, provide their contact information.
• Wi-Fi & Security Details – Network name, password, and any smart lock access codes.
• Check-In & Access Instructions – How guests enter the property, smart lock details (if applicable), and parking information.
• House Rules & Policies – Pet policy, quiet hours, and any special requirements for guests.

Once you have completed the property questionnaire, you will need to log into SHD HostDesk™, select the co-hosting plan for your listing, and submit a request to connect your property.

• Submit any final requests (e.g., updating house rules, adjusting pricing preferences).
• Monitor upcoming reservations and performance reports.
