• Cleaning and maintenance coordination.
• Marketing and advertising across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

Each cohosting agreement will detail the specific services provided for your property.

Host Responsibilities

As the property owner or host, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property details and availability.
• Ensuring your property complies with local laws, including zoning laws, taxes, and short-term rental regulations.
• Communicating any special requirements or concerns about your property to SHD.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests.

You acknowledge that SuperHost Depot is not liable for non-compliance with local laws.

SHD Responsibilities

SuperHost Depot will provide the agreed-upon cohosting services, including managing guest bookings, communication, and property preparation. However, SHD does not guarantee specific booking results or income levels, as these depend on various external factors.

Fees and Payment

Cohosting Fees: SHD charges a service fee based on a percentage of the booking value or a fixed monthly rate, as detailed in the agreement.

Payment Terms: Payments for services will be made on the agreed schedule. Payments may be deducted from your rental income or invoiced separately.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur fees and could result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid.

Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination by SHD can occur for violations of these Terms or non-payment of fees.

Insurance and Liability

Property Insurance: Hosts must maintain appropriate insurance, including general liability and property damage coverage.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify SHD from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from guest actions, property damage, or violations of these Terms.

Guest Reviews and Ratings

We will encourage guests to leave reviews, which may influence future bookings. SHD is not responsible for the content of these reviews but will assist in managing disputes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use SHD's services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Violate local laws and regulations, particularly with regard to short-term rental policies.
• Attempt to damage, reverse-engineer, or hack the SHD website or its associated systems.

7. Disclaimer of Liability and Warranty

The services provided by SuperHost Depot, including property management/ co-hosting and E-commerce, are offered "as-is," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. SHD makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of its services or products. You use SHD's services at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SuperHost Depot, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or any third-party rights infringement.

11. Separate Entities

SuperHost Depot operates independently from other affiliated entities. Any agreements or transactions with SuperHost Depot do not extend to other entities like TravelHere, TravelSGV, X Management Group, or Cloverlink.

These Terms, along with our Privacy and Cookie Policies, represent the entire agreement between you and SuperHost Depot. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
