These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to all services and products offered by SuperHost Depot ("SHD", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to subscription-based property management services, co-hosting services, concierge support, e-commerce for hospitality supplies, and vacation rental support tools. By using or accessing our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
SuperHost Depot helps short-term rental hosts with coordination, support, and tools to make managing your property easier. We are not a real estate broker, property manager, or agent.
You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to manage a short-term rental. You are responsible for following all local laws and keeping your account information accurate.
SHD may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after modifications implies agreement with the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
SHD values your privacy. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] and [Cookie Policy] for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. SHD and its affiliated brands, including Travelhere.co, may use guest data (contact information, visit history) for marketing, remarketing, feedback collection, and platform improvement. We do not sell guest data and follow privacy best practices.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the SHD website and services for personal, non-commercial use. Permitted usage includes:
You agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer any platform elements or services provided by SHD.
I. Co-hosting Plans: SHD offers monthly subscription plans designed to support short-term rental hosts.
II. 7-Day Cancellation Policy: Cancel with at least 7 days’ notice. Prices may change unless you’re on a fixed contract. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins. SHD may update terms and pricing with notice.
III. What We Do Not Offer: SHD does not provide legal, accounting, or leasing services.
IV. HostDesk (Emergency Support): Available 24/7 for subscribers. Requires a signed emergency contact form. SHD coordinates help but is not liable for emergency outcomes.
V. Digital Guidebook: One free version per user (with SHD branding). Paid version allows full customization. Branded content may generate revenue for SHD but not for the client.
VI. Staffing Services: Provided by Falcon Global Services. Clients contract directly with Falcon for staffing needs.
VII. Supplies & E-Commerce: SHD offers guest supplies, restocks, and tools. Orders are subject to availability. Returns must be made within 7 days; a 30% restocking fee applies. Auto-restock orders under $100 may be charged with pre-approval. Repairs under $500 may be authorized with prior client approval.
VIII. Additional Services: Some services, such as interior design, photography, or virtual staffing, may have separate terms and agreements. If there is a conflict, the written agreement terms will apply.
SHD offers optional paid add-ons, including but not limited to:
Add-ons require consultation and may be priced as a flat fee or based on project scope. Contact SHD support or submit a request via HostDesk™ to learn more.
SHD provides 24/7 guest messaging, check-in support, and emergency assistance. Emergency coordination requires a signed emergency contact form. SHD facilitates communication but is not liable for outcomes related to emergencies or third-party vendor actions.
Guest Materials & Promotions:SHD may place branded materials or digital links at your property to promote guest-facing tools and services. These may generate revenue for SHD, which is not shared with clients.SHD assists Premium subscribers with guest damage or loss claims, including documentation, filing, and vendor coordination. We encourage all users to review the SHD Claims Authorization Form for transparency on how claims are processed.
A 10% logistics coordination fee applies to the total approved claim amount. SHD does not guarantee claim outcomes, as these are subject to platform-specific policies.

SHD is not responsible for legal issues, fines, penalties, or safety concerns related to your property.
SHD works with third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, and others. Each platform has its own terms and policies. SHD is not responsible for outages, rule changes, or disruptions from these platforms.
SHD uses AI tools to assist with guest messaging, pricing suggestions, and task scheduling. These tools are designed to support host operations but do not replace human oversight. We recommend hosts review automated outputs. SHD is not liable for errors arising from AI or third-party automation services.
Travelhere.co is SHD’s guest-facing platform for bookings and promotions. An 8% booking fee applies to guests to cover server costs, maintenance, and tools. This fee does not reduce host payouts. Guests may receive promotional offers or emails encouraging repeat bookings.
Either party may terminate the agreement. If terms are violated or payments fail, SHD may revoke access. Data may be retained for up to 30 days after termination.
SHD’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to guest misconduct, Airbnb outages, or hardware failures (e.g., smart locks, cameras).
You agree to indemnify and hold SHD harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from property operations, guest actions, legal compliance, or your use of our services.
These Terms, along with SHD’s Privacy Policy, Service Level Agreement, and related documentation, represent the entire agreement between you and SHD.
